Welcome to Next Day Blinds

Welcome to the official blog of the Next Day Blinds Rockville showroom.  Inside our store, you can learn a lot about blinds, shades and shutters.  Now, we're bringing that experience to the Web.  Here we'll provide you with fresh and innovative insight into the world of window coverings.  In this first post we want to introduce you to some of our favorite products: the honeycomb shade, shutters, and wood blinds.

Honeycomb Shades – Honeycomb shades are one of the most efficient window coverings. They trap air within cells, allowing for less heat transmission.  Our cordless honeycomb shade is very popular as the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has recommended that cordless shades be used in all homes with small children as a safety precaution.

Shutters – The Rockville store is one of three Next Day Blinds locations that has a shutter gallery, making it a great location to select the right shutter products. The gallery includes all the styles, specialty shapes (such as arch tops, sunburst, door cut outs) and applications.  When you buy from Next Day Blinds, you can choose your own paint color and we'll paint them for you, or you can forward a specific stain and we will stain them through our color match program.  Shutters are a great addition to any traditional or contemporary home.

Wood Blinds – Here at Next Day Blinds, we build our wood blinds with the finest components and slats in the industry. With our custom applications available through our integrated measuring and installation services, each blind is custom made to your windows, giving it a perfect fit and great look.
